Misc. October

We finally upgraded our phones from dump phones to smart phones...iphones to be exact. Aiden discovered the camera feature that can turn around and do a mirror image. Needless to say he's a little obsessed haha! During this little photo shoot of ours I was only copying his faces...he came up with them ALL!
Trying out some Instagram filters at Thanksgiving Point Gardens. :)
Little man loves eggies! I made a HUGE batch one day to freeze some breakfast burritos for Tyson to take to work. Aiden was happy to help!
I find Aiden sleeping with his head off the edge of the bed ALL the time! It looks awful to me but apparently he likes it!
Handsome boys at the gardens! Love them more than anything!
Aiden stole my phone one day and did a little photo shoot all by himself.
One day I got creative and let Aiden do a little science experiment with baking soda, colored vinegar, and a medicine dropper. He loved it! It has since become a regular activity and keeps him entertained for quite a while.
Another feature of the iphone...games. Aiden is so addicted which is nice at places like the grocery store, restaurants, etc, and helped with potty training haha. But I do struggle keeping him to a minimum amount of "screen time" everyday. I love how his legs are crossed like a big boy in this picture.
Aiden loves to play "Pretty Pretty Princess" with Grandpa. Grandpa is such an awesome sport and lets Aiden dress him up with all the gear every time they play.
Of course Aiden always has a turn dressing up too.

Grandpa P always jokes that Aiden will be the drama sterling scholar in high school. Sometimes I think he's right. One day I asked Aiden to do something and he SO dramatically turned to me just like this and exclaimed "no!" How could I not die of laughter. It was so melodramatic for such a simple thing.
One of the first snows of the year. Aiden loved watching it fall through the window and try to catch it on his tongue. Everything is so magical with him around to enjoy it!
This day was a perfect, warm, beautiful fall day so we took advantage while we were at Grandma's house and Aiden cruised in his little car all around the driveway and sidewalk.
Helping Mom make FHE treats.
One morning Aiden climbed into bed with me and had brought the brush and some hair accessories. He spent forever playing with my hair and trying to style it. It was a nice relaxing way to wake up.
What's the point of having a dad if he doesn't teach to awesome tricks like blowing the wrapper off straws at people!?
M and D had a free night at a hotel that was about to expire so they let us use it. Aiden and Dad had a great time in the pool while I just enjoyed the warm hot tub.
One of our fun Halloween crafts...handprint spiders. Look how long those fingerprints are!
Something spilled on Grandma's table and ruined the surface so Aiden and Dad worked hard together to fix it. Aiden actually was a pretty good helper and put his sandpaper to good use!
One afternoon Aiden's choice of lunch was "toast wif peeto butto in doe baf tub pweese!"
Cute neighbor Chloe coloring her spider web with Aiden.
Aunt Wendy and Aiden attacking Wendy's "friend" Levi in a tickle fight.
