hello gina marie! aiden is so cute and getting so big!To answer your question, we started feeding blake cereal when he turned 4 months old and i just did 1 ounce of formula 1 1/2 T of rice cereal to start with. he didnt really like it at first but keep trying and he will. Some ways to know if he is ready to start eating rice cereal is: can hold head up, makes chewing motions, doubled birth weight, shows interest in food (watches you while you eat), always seems hungry, can move food from front to back of mouth. They don't have to be able to do all of them but these are the tips i read about. I just started right when he turned 4 months (actually a few days early) because i was just so excited for him to try something else! After a few weeks i started mixing a little bit of apple juice with it and he likes that alot. Anyway if you have any other questions give me a call!
